This series of ten portrait illustrations was commissioned by ESPN Magazine in 2016 for a multi-page feature on NFL players, including Tom Brady, Cam Newton, and Odell Beckham Jr.

The portraits combine detailed pencil drawing—focused on facial expression and intensity—with expressive ink textures and color splashes, bringing movement and contrast to the static format.

The illustrations appeared as opener, full-page, and double-spread visuals throughout the issue.
